Purpose:

This workout combines your upper body (chest, back, shoulders) and your legs while testings your core strength conditioning.  As a result of targeting multiple muscle groups, your body burns more fat and you sweat like a mother fu%&$#!!

 

Process:

30X Burpees + 30X Pull-Up

30X Front Squat + 30X Shoulder Press

30X Sumo Deadlifts + 30X Shoulder High-Pull

30 x Incline Bench Press
